The Launch of Empowering Places travel blog!

Hi Everyone and Welcome to Empowering Places!

This new project is a little something I have been planning for the last couple of months and I am excited to finally launch it and introduce to you the Empowering Places travel blog.  Given that I will be embarking on some exciting adventures within the next year, what better way to inspire and motivate others than by sharing my own travel experiences, thoughts and photography.

I am incredibly excited to be sharing this first blog post from my beautiful city of Guadalajara, Mexico.  I consider this a great beginning to this so-called blog and I hope you enjoy and share it with others.

Welcome to Downtown Guadalajara, Mexico!

Facts: Located in the center of Mexico
          Guadalajara is the capital of the state of Jalisco
          Population: 4.3 million with its adjacent municipalities
          Tequila and Mariachi both come from the state of Jalisco
       
This architecture is located in downtown Guadalajara Plaza de Armas (Plaza of Arms) and dates back to the XIX century.
